Depression possible - It's probably a good idea to talk to your doctor or mental health professional about it. If your score isn't below 7 in two weeks, talk to a professional. 

Fairly high possibility of depression. Talk to your doctor as soon as you can and think about accessing other resources to help too. 

Probable depression present. Talk to your doctor right away and consider getting help from a specialist too. 

This is considered a serious problem and you should tell someone you love and get help from a medical professional right away. It usually means that your brain wants the symptoms to stop, and it has run out of any other ideas to make that happen other than suicide. 

This is considered a medical emergency if there is also: A plan for how to act on the suicidal thoughts, a history of suicide attempts, if there are psychotic symptoms present (hearing/seeing things that are not there) or if there is a credible risk of harm to your partner or the baby. If so, go immediately to get medical attention (Emergency Room, Walk in Clinic, your Doctor's office, etc.).
